Terms and Conditions for Orders and Pre-Orders

  1. Confirmation of orders and pre-orders is only valid once payment, whether full or a deposit, has been received.

  2. All purchases and pre-orders are final; cancellations and refunds are not accepted once payment is completed.

  3. The estimated delivery date (ETA) may be subject to change due to logistical or supplier-related delays.

  4. We guarantee all products are genuine and obtained from trusted, verified sources.

  5. Remaining balances for pre-orders must be settled within 3 days of receiving the arrival notification; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the order.

  6. Purchases must be collected within 7 days of notification. Additional storage or shipping charges may apply for overdue claims.

  7. Drop PH retains the exclusive right to issue refunds at its discretion, with or without prior notice or explanation.

  8. These terms and conditions may be revised or updated without prior notice at any time.
